Start of Ruby After Hours with Vindulge
One way that we build community is Ruby After Hours. Our first Friday After Hours, May 24th from 5pm to 8pm will be open to everyone. As a special treat, nationally prominent chefs Mary Cressler & Sean Martin (Vindulge - The Fire & Wine Cookbook - featured in the Wall Street Journal) will start off the season with a Bar-B-Q cooking demonstration starting at 5pm. They will show you their techniques for spatchcocking and grilling chicken with their amazing pinot noir barbeque sauce (available for purchase), as well as autographing their Fire and Wine Cookbooks.
If you have never joined us for a Friday After Hours, here's the scoop:
Admission is buy one bottle of wine
Bring your best potluck dish to put on the community table
The grills will be fired up for your main, or bring something you enjoy
Sample the amazing dishes, wine and have fun
